		<description>What you say here is very true.  Learning AP style is extremely useful.  I have also found that  press releases using the AP style have a far greater likelihood of getting published.  A great post!</description>

My first internship in college required I read the AP Stylebook cover-to-cover. While it&#039;s about as exciting as reading the dictionary, I can&#039;t tell you how valuable that was for my career. I now purchase a new hardcopy every few years--and yes, read it!--and have a subscription to their online service for quick queries.
